Chief Lucich has been the Chief of Carlton for over 22 years. He has over 50 years with the fire service, starting his service with McMinnville Fire Department where he worked his way throught the ranks to Captain when he retired. He was one of the founding members of Local 3099. He is also the Chief of Lafayette Fire Department where he started in 1997 as Chief there.
